NOTABLE ACTIVITIES

Thursday, April 30 – Early Morning Concrete Pour (3:00 AM start)

Concrete placement for one of the building’s structural foundation elements will begin early Thursday morning. Concrete trucks will access the site via Trinity Street (northbound).

  • ONGOING WORK
    Excavation and hauling activities will run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM  to help keep the project on schedule, reduce the overall duration of construction impacts, and support ongoing concrete operations.

    These hours fall within the City’s allowable extended construction window, which permits activity from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Weekend work hours will remain unchanged, with operations limited to 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Noise & Mitigation Efforts

We recognize the inconvenience of construction activity for our neighbors and remain committed to implementing and refining mitigation measures. Current and expanded efforts include:

  • Use of sound blankets and localized equipment shielding
  • Ongoing noise monitoring, including decibel tracking to ensure compliance with City thresholds
  • Limiting higher-impact activities during evening hours where feasible
  • Evaluating additional mitigation strategies as work progresses
